Rahul Unnikrishnan is a Chennai-based advocate practising before the Madras High Court, Supreme Court and various tribunals like NCLT, NCLAT, and DRT. He also appears before Karnataka High Court, Kerala High Court and Delhi High Court.
He handles litigation and advisory work pertaining to corporate law, GST, income tax, insolvency, arbitration and constitutional laws.
Rahul Unnikrishnan is a graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Before setting up an independent practice, he was a junior counsel in the chambers of Arvind P. Datar, Senior Advocate.
